Questions: If I file a suit in circuit court through my attorney...? suing a company for damages, and they answer my attorney denying any wrongdoing [the American way], when do I go to court to show my evidence and who sets the date? It is not a small claims issue, it is a very large amount over $80thousand. Is the case over because the party I am suing has denied everything, or do I get my day in court? State is Arkansas and I can't find any info on it. Thank you. If I file a suit in circuit court through my attorney...?
